Yey a finished commission! xD This was done for :iconfallenangelchaos: of her's and a friend's character. I believe she mentioned they were RP characters.

I had no image reference for them, only a very nicely detailed written description.

I had so much fun drawing these two. Especially their shoes. Omg I'm obsessed with shoes now...Really I'm getting better with them so they're much more fun to draw XD However, the laces on Irri's boots took me forever...oiy D:

XD Yes, ~fallenangelchaos suggested I do a Celtic knot. I wanted to put it into better perspective, like a 3/4 view but I was having the worst time with ti so I drew it as is. >>;; I'm glad you like it though. And yes, the boots I worked really hard on, for both of them. :) I've been working hard lately to make my shoes look more realistic.

You really think do? o: It's always been a huge weak spot of mine and it's been something I've been working on a lot lately. I wanted my shoes to look more realistic and I'm glad all my hard work is paying off. It's just these knee high boots I've been drawing lately are killer. The laces take a freaking eternity. D: I've really been inspired since the Link picture I drew to do more details. What you said to me in the comment on that image really made me push myself and to strive for details more.

I'm actually having a lot of fun doing little tiny details on things, and as big a pain as shoelaces are I'm more satisfied with the results because I put so much effort into them. So thanks for that little boost of confidence :3

I'm happy to give you constructive criticism, because not only do you listen to it, you use it and improve. It would be irritating if your response was "teehee thanks I'll do that" but then turning around and, you know, not. And you're right about details being a pain in the ass but worth the effort.
